Composition of the Governing Body
The Governing Body consists of a maximum of 5 logistics service providers, a maximum of 5 shippers/retailers, and a maximum of 5 strategic partners.
Currently, 14 board positions have been filled.
The Governing Body may also have observers. These observers only have an advisory vote.
